Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses

    • The product and the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

  • No return or refund requests will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us with:

    • Your order number

    • The uncut unboxing video

    • Clear photos (if required)

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return steps.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and certain items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Products purchased during sale or special offers may not be eligible for returns.

Exchange

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
